All pets are groomed by appointment only Monday through Friday.

- Bath with shampoo appropriate for their skin/coat type
- Nails trimmed
- Pads of feet trimmed to remove excess hair
- Sanitary areas (bum and belly) trimmed
- Ears plucked (if necessary) and cleaned
- Desired hair cut
